Safelane has an internal list of over 2 million web sites organized in 83 categories. You can block access to the sites in any or all of the categories. New sites are always appearing on the internet so Safelane® continually scans the content from all sites and will block access to the site if it detects adult content. Set limits on how much can be spent on email and social networking sites such as gmail, yahoo, facebook, myspace, twitter, etc. You can limit access to any individual site, or any group of sites. Safelane® comes preconfigured with groups for social networking and email. You can add new sites to a custom group to limit access to any site you want.

Set Limits on XBox Usage

Safelane is the only solution that has built-in support for limiting XBox online usage. You can restrict access based on usage, or time-of-day. In addition,if a web browser has been downloaded to the XBox console, Safelane can block access to inappropriate sites, or limit access to social networking, email, or any sites you configure.

Alerts and Reporting

Safelane® can be configured to send email alerts when sites are blocked, when the configuration has been changed and when new firmware is installed. At any point, you can view graphs that show you how long someone has been surfing the web for the day, week or month. You can view the list of sites that have been accessed, when they were last accessed, and how long they've been accessed for the day and week. You can sort the list to view various information and even view the threat level of the site based on the sites content.
